It is up to the teacher to regard this as positive if it is kept within the realms of civility. The student challenging the teacher is seeking to find their strength and tests what they have learned. The teacher should be willing to oblige to allow the student to grow. Medium grades can give a student an oh well attitude and they become followers instead of leaders. Bad grades can permanently scar the way a person sees themselves. A scarred self image will prevent a student from setting high enough life goals and limit their achievements.
Another way to get caught in a plus is when you receive the offer of an all in one building. In this loan, the company offers to take in all of its debt, including credit cards, car loans, and any other debt you have. It is tempting to have everything wrapped into one loan, but lose the ability to defer its predecessor or student loans. The loan will no longer be protected as a student loan.
